Personalisation 🎨

How do I personalise my tumbler?

Dead easy! Simply add your personalisation details (name, text, or any special requests) in the order notes at checkout. I'll take it from there and make something beautiful just for you.

What if I make a mistake in my personalisation details?

Don't panic! If you spot an error, message me as soon as possible after placing your order. I'll do my best to amend it before production begins. Once your tumbler is made, changes sadly can't be made — so double-check those spellings! 😄

Can I request a fully custom design not listed in the shop?

Yes! I love a custom request. Get in touch via the Contact page and tell me what you have in mind. I'll let you know if it's something I can create for you. Custom orders are subject to availability and may have a longer turnaround time.

Shipping 📦

How long will my order take?

All Sipsy tumblers are handmade to order, so please allow:

• 1-2 business days for processing and production
• 2-3 business days for UK delivery once dispatched

So in total, you're typically looking at 3-5 business days from order to doorstep. 🎉

Do you ship internationally?

Please check the shipping options available at checkout for your location. If you have any questions about international delivery, feel free to get in touch!

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Returns & Faults 💛

Can I return or exchange my tumbler?

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalised orders as these have been lovingly made just for you, unless your item arrives faulty or damaged. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me within 48 hours if there's an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

I'm so sorry if that happens — it's the last thing I want! Please get in touch via the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue, and I'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible. 💪

Me! Just me. Every tumbler is handmade by Becki (that's me 👋) in Staffordshire. No factories, no shortcuts — just proper handmade goodness.
